Shipping policy
At Paper Straws GB, we want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful.
Here you'll find all the info you'll need about how we post, ship and deliver our parcels.

Payment & Shipping Times
We accept most credit card/debit cards. Most orders are shipped on the same day if received before 1pm and we have the item in stock. 

If there is likely to be any delay with your order, we will notify you by email or phone at the earliest opportunity. This will give you the opportunity to choose an alternative item in stock, change the specific or obtain a refund.

Shipping costs are clearly shown based on your post code when you add an item to your shopping basket.

We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Local/Public Holidays.


Order Confirmations
You'll receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order to the e-mail address you provided. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions.


Shipping Methods and Charges
Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail once. (please note dispatch in normally within 24 hours of receiving your order excluding weekends).

Deliveries will be made within 2-3 working days after you place your order e.g. If you order on Wednesday your goods should be delivered by the following Monday. Order tracking is available by logging into your account.

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection. Royal Mail may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place if they think it is safe to do so. A delivery card will be left to let you know this has been done.

Lost Parcels
If a parcel is lost/undelivered please advise us as soon as possible so we can inform our courier of the missing parcel.

Royal Mail doesn't class an item as lost until 21 days have passed. Your claim may therefore take up to 6 weeks to be processed.
